It is with great sadness the Committee of the South of England Pomeranian Club have to announce the passing of
Mary Larrassey who died in her sleep

Kennel Club Code of Ethics Regulation C2e
The following amendment to Clause 2 of the Code has been made:
'Will agree without reservation that any veterinary surgeon who performs
an operation on any of their dogs which alters the natural conformation
of the animal, or who carries out a caesarean section on a bitch,
may report such operations to the Kennel Club.'
